Q. How do I enroll in online banking?
A. Easy. Just click ONLINE BANKING on the home page. Then ENROLL at the online banking login and follow the prompts.
Q. How long after enrolling before I can access my accounts online?
A. First we will make certain that no one is attempting to use your identity to access your accounts.Then we set up your accounts for online banking. Usually the entire process takes no more than two banking days. If you experience a delay, please call our operations department.
Q. Is Bill Pay a free service as well?
A. Yes, the Bill Pay option of our online banking is free.
Q. How can I be sure my online banking is secure?
A. Online Banking and Bill Pay have always been secure. Online users are asked to submit a unique User ID and Password to validate their identity in order to gain access to personal account information.
By passing back information that only you, the user, and the bank system know, you can be confident and feel even more secure with your online banking experience. We recognize you and you recognize us.
Q. Are Chip Cards available for banking customers?

General Banking Questions:
Q. How hard is it to switch my account?
A. Switching your account can be relatively easy. For most, changing the bills over is the hardest part. Luckily, most companies can make the change easily with a phone call, and maybe a copy of a voided check.
Q. Which of your branches are open Saturday…..their hours?
A. Wilma Rudolph and Madison Street across from Publix, open 8:30am-12:30pm, both have drive thrus open for business. Click here to view the exact locations of these branches.
Q. What would I have to do to start a savings account for my child?
A. Children, like adults, need 2 forms of identification to be a customer. A Social Security Card and Birth Certificate serve as the best example for these 2 forms.
Q. Does your bank have a cutoff time for deposits?
A. Cumberland Bank and Trust does not have a deposit cutoff time separate from our normal closing time. We are happy to take deposits for the day, all day.
Q. What would I need to do to apply for a loan?
A. Head in to any of our branches and see a friendly, knowledgeable loan officer
Q. Is your bank still participating in the FDIC’s 250,000 Insurance option?
A. Yes, a Cumberland Bank and Trust customers’ money is insured for up to $250,000 by the FDIC.
